L'Imparfait Négociant Tufford Road Chardonnay

Really interesting vineyard. Three different soil types starting with red clay at the top, brown clay at the middle and small pieces of granite at the bottom. This Chardonnay comes from the middle brown clay. Spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels.
