After aging 7 years sur lattes, Jonas and I have disgorged 200 magnum bottles of our estate grown Blanc de Blancs 2013 Method Traditional for you to enjoy. Aged in our cellar, we're offering these bottles for $100 + tax and bottle deposit.
Chardonnay vines grown in our Hillier Clay-Loam soils truly produce a remarkable sparkling wine and 2013 turned out to be an excellent vintage.
The nose is very mineral and rich with wet limestone. The palate is clean and creamy with a lively mousse.
We aged the Chardonnay in 500L 5 year old barrels for 10 months prior to tirage. This batch of Blanc de Blancs aged sur lattes (in bottle) for 62 months until the disgorgement in August 2021.
