Our newest cider from the 2017 vintage is made from a field blend of apples, from Campbell's Orchard, on Rednersville Road, Prince Edward County. This particular field blend had a high proportion of Northern Spy apples.
The result is classic apple & tropical fruit on the nose, refreshing acidity and a hint of natural sweetness in the finish.
Available April 18th online, or in our retail store. Our cider will also be available at the farmers' markets.
