The Borealis from the 2018 vintage is now available.
Notice something different about the Borealis? We updated the colour of the label, otherwise everything you expect from the Borealis remains the same.
Named after the breathtaking pink Aurora Borealis we saw while picking Chardonnay on Danny Lenko’s farm at night on October 30th, 2003.
Essentially the pink partner to the Whitecap Method Charmat but we thought of this one first!
Made with the Gamay noir grape, the Borealis has aromas of fresh and tart berries. The Borealis is fruity and dry on the palate and surprisingly rich for a charmat method wine.
The excellent acidity and persistent bubbles lead to a long, fresh, mineral finish. Delicious sipper, with or without food.
Price (includes HST and bottle deposit): $23.25
Please note that effective April 1st, 2019, the price increases to $24.00 (taxes and bottle deposit included).
