We're thrilled the Rosé Method Traditional is back.
We haven't had a Rosé Method Traditional since 2014. The devastating frost damage of 2015 only allowed for the production of 115 cases of Les Etoiles. There just wasn't enough Pinot Noir for our Rosé that year.
The Rosé 2016 Method Traditional is a traditional method sparkling wine consisting of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay.
Very ripe fruity flavours, ripe Raspberry is the dominating characteristic. Fruit is super giving on the nose and palate. Big acidity, balanced, length on the palate. Powerful and generous for a sparkling wine.
Approximately 400 cases produced.
Date of disgorgement October 2021
12% alcohol, 750mL
Brut Zero (no dosage)
Best enjoyed 6-months + from disgorgement date (if you can wait that long) or lay down in your cellar for the next 1 - 5 years.
