Our Cherry Cider is made from a field blend of local Ontario apples. The cider is fermented to complete dryness. The addition of 14% Ontario sour cherry juice adds a lovely tart cherry flavour which compliments the apple notes.
A lovely alchemy has occurred, and the aromatics of cherry and apple have come together to make merry magic.
Cherry & apple pie spice on the nose & palate, with a dry & cleansing acidity on the finish.
