Shipping Info
Most orders ship within 48 hours, and are delivered within 2 to 7 days, depending on the courier.
We ship in all configurations. Feel free to mix and match our wines. Order as little or as much as you like! You must be 19+ to order.
Please be aware that orders must be received and signed for by persons 19+. Deliveries will not be left on at your home without age verification and a signature as per the rules of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
Hinterland is out in the hinterland and as such we use multiple couriers for shipping our wine, including Canada Post.
Orders for the Kingston-Ottawa to Quebec border ship on Tuesday and Thursday. The rest of Ontario ships on Monday, Wednesday and Friday/Saturday.
Applying a coupon/discount shipping code: Please enter the code in the appropriate line AND then choose which shipping area which applies to your order. Ontario orders over $93 ship for free (please choose that line instead of the area). The discount will be then be applied.
If you've chosen to pick up your wine from the winery, let us know when you might be coming by leaving a note in the note section of your Shopify order. We will contact you to confirm the date.
