Fizzle is made using the ‘Col Fondo’ method, which is a Traditional Method where the yeast from the second fermentation is kept inside the bottle, giving a cloudy appearance to the wine. Fizzle can be served one of two ways: either by allowing the sediment to collect in the bottom of the bottle and pouring off the clear wine or by rolling the bottle gently and serving the cloudier variation.

Fizzle smells like stone fruits such as peaches and plums. The clearer Fizzle appears, the more its flavour features apples and pears. The cloudier Fizzle appears, the more its flavour features apricots and plums. Enjoy Fizzle on its own, or serve with sushi, creamy cheeses, and fried chicken for the perfect pairing!
