This year we’re changing things up a little for Hinterlude.
It’s going to be more like the first Hinterlude when the late great John Bil worked his magic with no heat or running water (except with heat and running water).
We’re celebrating leisure and luxury this upcoming Hinterlude weekend with a spoonful of sustainability. Sweatpants, caviar, oysters & sparkling wine.
Oysters, snacks and wine will be available on arrival. Caviar from our friends at Acadian Sturgeon and Caviar, will be available via pre-order on our online store and comes with blinis and crème fraîche. We’ll have it ready for you when you arrive on Saturday or Sunday!
