Originating in Champagne, Ratafia is a fortified grape-based spirit. Ours is made with 80 proof spirits made with Hinterland wine, which was added to freshly pressed estate Pinot Noir juice to preserve its delicious freshness & flavour.

Enjoy chilled, as an aperitif, with dessert or in a cocktail. Use a liqueur glass, a tumbler on the rocks, or add equal parts Whitecap for the easiest crowd winning sparkling cocktail.

Tastes like a smooth Tawny Port, with hints of wood(from barrel aging) and honey, it’s truly delicious and will warm you up on a cold day.
