The Rosé 2021 Method Traditional is a traditional method sparkling wine consisting of estate grown Pinot Noir (91%) & Pinot Gris (9%).
Very ripe fruity flavours, ripe red berry & fresh brioche are the dominating characteristics. The 2021 Rosé has refreshing acidity balanced by the great length on the palate. Elegant yet generous for a sparkling wine. It tastes just like champagne!
